Beginner's Yoga Series
This 4 week series focuses on foundational poses, proper alignment, 6 movements of the spine, and balance. You’ll learn breath awareness, improve strength and notice greater flexibility. Upon completion of the series, you’ll feel confident joining other studio classes.

Chair Yoga
Chair yoga classes are designed specifically for seniors and/ or anyone with physical limitations. Each class includes centering, breath work, gentle stretches, therapeutic techniques, and balancing.

Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga is a traditional practice that combines physical postures, breathwork, and relaxation. B.K.S. Iyengar-inspired style with focus on proper alignment, mindful movement, and longer-held poses to build body awareness. Skillful use of props such as bolsters, blocks, and straps to build strength, flexibility, and confidence.

Open Studio
Enjoy a relaxed, supportive space for practitioners of all levels to explore their personal practice, ask questions, connect with others, and receive personalized guidance from experienced, certified teachers. Props available to support alignment and explore new or more advanced poses.

Slow Flow
Traditionally inspired yoga using breath and mindful movement with the intention of nourishment and balance.

Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a nourishing practice that targets the meridians and supports nervous system balance. Poses are held with props for 3–5 minutes, allowing the fascia to soften and release tension physically, mentally, and emotionally. Through stillness and breath, the body unwinds and resets, leaving you feeling refreshed and recharged.
