Refund policy
1. General Policy
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds on classes, class packages, workshops, events, or memberships except as outlined below.
2. Class Reservations & Cancellations
- Clients may cancel a reserved class up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time to receive a full refund or class credit.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before class, or failure to attend a reserved class (“no-show”), will result in forfeiture of that class.
3. Memberships
- Memberships are billed on a recurring basis and may be canceled with 30 days’ written notice.
- No refunds or partial refunds will be issued for unused time.
- Members retain access through the end of their billing cycle after cancellation.
4. Workshops & Special Events
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will receive studio credit.
- No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event.
5. Retail Merchandise
- Unused retail items (e.g., mats, apparel, accessories) may be returned within 14 days of purchase with a receipt.
- Items must be in original condition and packaging.
- Approved returns will be issued as store credit only.
6. Medical Exceptions
- Refunds or extensions may be considered in cases of medical necessity with appropriate documentation. Approval is at management’s discretion.
7. Expiration of Packages
- Class packages expire according to the terms stated at purchase. Extensions are not guaranteed and are granted only in exceptional circumstances.
8. Policy Changes
The studio reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updated policies will be posted on our website and in the studio.
