Lori Roe eRYT 500, M.Ed., Director
Yoga has been a part of my life for more than 35 years. My experience includes a variety of traditions and styles including Hatha, Kundalini, Vinyasa, and Aerial yoga. I have 200-hour certification training from Columbia Yoga Center, MD focused on postural alignment, sequencing, and precision, based on B.K.S. Iyengar's teachings. My Advanced Teacher Training (RYT500) included a therapeutic approach at Body Balance Yoga in Annapolis, MD. I also participated in VaihAyasa Aerial Yoga Training, Levels I and II. Most recently, I completed Levels I, II and III in Sound Healing through Atma Buti Sound and Vibrational School in Colorado. Yoga has become a lifestyle beyond asana study and practice, including pranayama, meditation, and mindfulness. In addition to my passion for yoga, I enjoy traveling, bicycling, and gardening. I’m married with three children. For more information, view my Yoga Vitae. Tracy Southard RYT 500
