Private Yoga Classes
Are you planning for a special occasion, wedding, bachelorette party, family gathering, or business event in the Bethany Beach area? Looking for a memorable activity to include in your schedule? How about a private group yoga class? Our private group classes create an atmosphere of connectivity, bonding, and relaxation.
Private classes can be tailored to your group’s specific wants/needs, from no experience, beginner-friendly, or more seasoned yogis. Our instructors are trained in yoga flow, slow flow, yoga for beginners, restorative yoga, partner yoga, or meditation/chanting. Teen and kids classes are also available! Sessions can be held on the beach, at another outdoor space, or at your location (home, vacation rental, poolside, backyard, porch, patio, deck, etc).
From June 1 through August 21, all private classes held on public beaches begin as early as 7 am, but no later than 8:45 am due to the crowds and lifeguards on stands by 9:30 am (blowing whistles). It also gets very hot on the beach for yoga by 9:30 am during summer months. Street parking is free and more plentiful prior to 10am.
• CLASS LENGTH: 60-minute sessions; longer sessions available upon request
• PROPS: Sanitized yoga mats and props (blocks, straps) are provided upon request.
• PRICING: Private group classes are priced at a flat rate of $100 for up to 5 people and $20 for each additional person. Payment is due day of class. Cash or Venmo is accepted.
• DEPOSITS: $50 deposit (deducted from total) to reserve date/time; non-refundable, unless class is canceled by teacher or outdoor class is rained out or other inclement weather.
• CANCELLATIONS: If you must reschedule or cancel, please kindly give us 24-hour notice.

Kids Yoga - New!
Yoga fun for kids! Celebrate birthdays, special events, or a gathering with friends and family. We’ll lead an age-appropriate yoga session outdoors, at your space or a venue of your choice! We’ll prepare a special themed kids yoga class or we can coordinate it around your theme. Plus, we’ll bring yoga mats, props, and yoga activities for your child and their guests. Adults are welcomed to participate, as well.

Moon Energy Yoga
The Moon has a powerful influence on us as spiritual bodies. Each month the lunar cycles of both the full and new moon give us the opportunity to manifest what we want in life or to dismiss those things that do not serve us and release them out.
The Full Moon is the peak of the lunar cycle, bringing with it powerful energy and transformation. It is a time to unwind, release and rest. On or near the full moon each month, private yoga classes are customized to guide participants through a nourishing flow of Moon Salutations, grounding poses, and restorative poses leading to a relaxing Savasana. The Moon's illumination invites reflection upon events in your life, emotions in your body, and thoughts in your mind bringing a new perspective, and opening the possibility for change and healing as we raise our vibration. Rest under the stars, basking in the moon-light reflected by the sun, to absorb these powerful energy gifts from the Full Moon.

Done while lying down (in Savasana), its calming effects are similar to feeling hours of rest; it is said that 45 minutes of Yoga Nidra is as restorative as 3 hours of sleep. Unlike traditional yoga classes, there are no asanas (poses). Suitable for all levels, this practice is especially helpful for those who would like to quiet an overactive mind and unwind the nervous system. 60-minute sessions are available or add on a 15- or 30-minute yoga nidra after a 60-minute private yoga class. Add-on fee: available upon request
