As the sun reaches its peak, take time to pause, honor the journey so far, and set intentions for the season ahead.  Join us for a nourishing evening of restorative yoga and sound healing to celebrate the longest day of the year. Gentle poses designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reset your mind and body. The experience will close with a deeply restful Savasana, accompanied by the calming vibrations of sacred Himalayan Singing Bowls.  All levels welcome.
