Spring is finally here, and we can't wait to see everyone again at sunrise yoga classes! From now until June 21st, since the sun comes up later, classes will be held from 6:30 - 7;30 by reservation only, for groups of 4 or more. Email [email protected] to confirm. Beginning June 21st through September 4, sunrise yoga classes will be held on the beach from 6:00 to 7:00 am. in front of Garfield Parkway. Look for our Yoga Flag! Beginning Sept. 5, we'll go back to the bandstand for confirmed classes beginning at 6:30,

We are waiting for confirmation from the town of Bethany regarding a start date for sunrise yoga this season! To allow for a safe class with social distancing (and a better view of the sunrise), we are considering holding our classes on the beach, rather than the bandstand. Most of our private classes are held on the beach by request and have been successful. We hope you will join us for a wonderful experience of yoga in Bethany Beach!  |
