We are celebrating our 19th year teaching yoga in Bethany Beach! Now that the mask mandate has been lifted, we are back on the bandstand with an elevated view of the sunrise, morning dolphins, and a solid foundation to practice. On days when the bandstand is not available, we will be on the beach!

Breathtaking sunrise this morning and even a few dolphins showed up for sunrise yoga on the beach! A great way to begin your day! Everyday at 6 am.   We are so excited to kick off the season with sunrise yoga on the beach! This year we will take our classes closer to the shoreline to allow for physical distancing and freedom from wearing a mask! Join us at 6 am on the beach in front of Garfield Parkway. Bring your own towel and look for our YOGA feather flag!
We are waiting for confirmation from the town of Bethany regarding a start date for sunrise yoga this season! To allow for a safe class with social distancing (and a better view of the sunrise), we are considering holding our classes on the beach, rather than the bandstand. Most of our private classes are held on the beach by request and have been successful. We hope you will join us for a wonderful experience of yoga in Bethany Beach!  |
